Job Description
- Certified CCNP Collaboration (Voice)
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Wireless/Routing and Switching certification an added advantage
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for voice and collaboration systems.
- Handle firstline support calls in conjunction with existing support staff.
- Design deploy configure and troubleshoot Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communications systems.
- Support and manage Microsoft Teams Voice and associated integrations.
- Assist in projects and rollouts of new voice and collaboration solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
