Job Description
Our client is a hospitality conglomerate based in Nigeria with diverse business interests including restaurants catering snack food manufacturing hotels cinemas and real estate development.
Job Summary
- Supervise daily facility operations (cleaning repairs maintenance etc).
- Ensure all buildings and equipment are in good working condition.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to improve brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing efforts such as promotions events or customer engagement activities within the facility.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Manage a team of service providers (eg technicians)
- Keep records of repairs maintenance and expenses.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in Facility Management (preferably in hospitality).
- Marketing experience or working closely with a marketing team is required.
- Must be organized proactive and able to multitask.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
