Job Summary
We are looking for a handson and organized Facility Manager to manage the daily operations maintenance and basic marketing coordination for our restaurants hotels and cinema. The ideal candidate has experience in facility management and a good understanding of how marketing helps attract and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facility operations (cleaning repairs maintenance etc).
- Ensure all buildings and equipment are in good working condition.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to improve brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing efforts such as promotions events or customer engagement activities within the facility.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Manage a team of service providers (eg technicians)
- Keep records of repairs maintenance and expenses.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in Facility Management (preferably in hospitality).
- Marketing experience or working closely with a marketing team is required.
- Must be organized proactive and able to multitask.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
