Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring a Senior Staff Nurse for a leading Nursing home in KildareIreland.
Responsibilities
- Quality of Care Obligations
- Daily oversight of the nursing and care workers
- Oversee the activities of the residents.
- Comply with HIQA guidelines
- When necessary assume the role of nurse in charge.
- Encourage the growth and training of less experienced colleagues
- Assistance with elevating medicationrelated inquiries
- assistance to the families with any questions they may have about care.
- Any additional tasks that the line manager assigns.
Requirements
- NMBI Registered
- Excellent Clinical Leadership and Organisational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Sound decision making ability.
- An interest in care of the elderly
