Job Description
A healthcare facility near Wichita KS is searching for a Physical Therapist to join their team!
Pay: $36.00 $52.00/hourly!
Physical Therapist Job Details:
- Fulltime direct hire opportunity
- Setting: Inpatient
- Shift: Monday Friday Day shift
- As a Physical Therapist you will have the potential for evaluating and developing treatment plans for inpatients skilled swing bed IRU and outpatients. A staff therapist administers physical therapy treatment to patients as defined in the Kansas Physical Therapy Practice Act. A staff therapist has the responsibility for the overall direction utilization supervision instruction and evaluation of professional and supportive staff and students in their area of rehabilitation services.
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum approved by (APTA) or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation or the American Physical Therapy Association and/or state certified
- Preferably at least one year experience as a Physical Therapist
- BLS License
- Must have obtained Kansas state license
- Must know principles and practice of Physical Therapy; be familiar with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics; be familiar with department/organization policies procedures and regulations
