Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Network Engineers to join our team onsite (Monday to Friday office hours). You ll be instrumental in delivering Tier 2/3 support supplementing our internal support team and leading efforts across design implementation and troubleshooting of complex Cisco ACIbased networks. This is a handson role where deep technical expertise strong problemsolving and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expertlevel Tier 2/3 network support for local and widearea networks.
- Supplement the internal support team by also handling Tier 1 calls when required.
- Participate in and contribute to major projects network design implementation configuration and security.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex Cisco ACI environments.
- Maintain monitor and manage network infrastructure via Cisco Prime and Cisco DNAC.
- Support and implement security technologies including CheckPoint ASA Firepower ISE and F5.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure network stability and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
- CCNP Certified preferably Data Centre with ACI or Routing & Switching.
- Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise networking roles.
- At least 3 years of handson experience with Cisco ACI.
- Proven experience with Cisco Prime and Cisco DNAC for network management.
- Solid knowledge in routing switching and network security (including Firewalls and VPNs).
- Experience with wireless network infrastructure (certification a bonus).
- Strong troubleshooting documentation and communication skills.
Desirable (Nice to Have
- Security certifications (e.g. CCNP Security CCSA etc..
- Wireless certifications (Cisco or equivalent).
- Exposure to cloud network integration (AWS/Azure networking models).
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Python Ansible) is a plus.
