Mail Clerk
We are currently seeking two motivated individuals to fill a key position for our client in the financial services industry. This opportunity offers handson experience in a dynamic and fastpaced environment where attention to detail and strong customer service are critical. The role is based in Waterloo with fulltime inoffice work arrangements.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $17.20
3month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday onsite schedule: 8 am 4 pm or 9 am 5 pm.
Responsibilities:
Print and process outgoing mail courier packages policy contracts and cheques destined for clients and advisors.
Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between Document Management Services and internal departments.
Maintain consistent workflow while prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines to ensure service level agreements are met.
Participate in the training of new team members once fully trained.
What you will need to succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong general PC skills.
Techsavvy and quick to learn internal systems.
Ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 20 30 lbs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Critical attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
