Job Description
As a SAP PLM Consultant you will:
Coordinate across multiple teams involved in a data migration and cleansing project.
Troubleshoot daytoday migration issues and escalate to the appropriate solution teams when necessary.
Guide and support new team members in the SAP team especially in manual migration activities.
Propose and implement automation opportunities where applicable to streamline the migration process.
Collaborate with business experts to understand processes finalize documentation and ensure clarity of requirements.
What You Bring to the Table:
8 to 10 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to SAP PLM and related modules.
Handson experience with Engineering Record (Web UI) DMS BoM and Material Master.
Indepth understanding of Teamcenter and its integration with SAP.
Proven expertise in data migration tools like LSMW with the ability to learn and adapt to industrystandard migration tools.
Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies including experience with product and sprint backlog management.
You should possess the ability to:
Create and define PLM use cases and processes across various business domains.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Set up efficient onboarding practices for new team members in the SAP domain.
Analyze complex migration problems and develop strategic solutions.
