Job Description
As an Oracle EPM Solution Architect you will:
Lead endtoend implementations of Oracle EPM solutions with a primary focus on FCCS and a secondary focus on PBCS.
Map complex finance consolidation processes to FCCS and guide the development of optimized Chart of Accounts (COA).
Define the ToBe implementation blueprint based on Oracle EPM industry best practices and standards.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business processes related to consolidation and planning.
Prepare and execute data migration strategies aligned with EPM best practices.
Support business transformation initiatives by aligning functional design with strategic goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
10 years of relevant experience with strong expertise in Oracle EPM (FCCS and PBCS) and enterprise financial processes.
A solid finance background preferably as a Chartered Accountant or with equivalent practical finance domain knowledge.
Deep understanding of consolidation and planning business processes in largescale enterprise environments.
Proven track record of implementing Oracle EPM solutions across various industries with successful delivery.
Strong product knowledge in Oracle EPM Cloud applications and functional capabilities.
You should possess the ability to:
Bridge the gap between finance and technology by translating business needs into scalable EPM solutions.
Lead and execute COA design studies and optimization projects.
Define implementation strategies that align with business transformation goals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders both technical and nontechnical and lead discussions around solution architecture.
Prepare and document bestpractice driven strategies for data migration integration and process automation.
