Associate Attorney Civil Litigation

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Conduct and defend depositions effectively.
- Draft and argue law and motion matters including dispositive motions and oppositions.
- Manage discovery including drafting and responding to written discovery requests.
- Prepare case strategies legal research and write compelling legal briefs.
- Represent clients in court hearings and mediations.
- Assist with intellectual property and criminal defense matters as needed.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California.
- Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong deposition experience and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent legal writing and research skills.
- Experience with law and motion practice.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic professionalism and attention to detail.
