Job Description

We are seeking a Global Operations Manager to lead a diverse team of 50 global trainers. In this role youll drive operational excellence optimize trainer performance and ensure the highest quality of service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a resultsoriented leader with a passion for people management and operational strategy.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and develop a multicultural team of trainers ensuring exceptional lesson delivery on a global scale.
- Drive operational performance through KPI management data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement scalable solutions that enhance the learner experience.
- Take ownership of recruitment performance management and ongoing development of trainers.
- Act as a strategic partner to ensure trainer alignment with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
What Were Looking For:
- 35 years of experience in people management operations or customer success.
- Strong leadership and problemsolving abilities.
- Bilingual in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage largescale operations and drive business impact.
- Experience in multicultural environments; background in education or training is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and development.
