About the Role
As a Trainer youll play a vital role in onboarding new hires and driving ongoing development for customer service teams. Youll design and deliver engaging training programs lead onboarding sessions provide feedback and coaching and help teams sharpen their communication and sales skills. By staying aligned with client expectations and evolving market trends youll help ensure the team is always ahead of the curve.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Fluent German and English (spoken & written C1 level)
- Experience as a trainer or coach (ideally in a CX/sales environment
- Knowledge of GDS systems especially Amadeus
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and motivate
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
- Comfortable with giving supportive constructive feedback
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Flexibility to travel for training purposes
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
- Athensbased candidates only (this is an onsite role)
