Location: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located and have longterm working rights in theUK.
Flexibility: We have an office hub in the UK as well as nooffice hubs in several European countries. We operate achoicefirst work approachthat lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if youre near an office hub.
Salary: We benchmarked at MN2 level in our progression framework for someone based in the UK.
Interviews: 4 stages totalling around 3.5 hours over 23 weeks.
Start date:As soon as you can start.

Legal tech is on the rise with Goldman Sachs estimating that44 of legal tasks can be automatedwith generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.
Weve got a strong product and a smart team now we need sharp design leadership to match.
There are core UX challenges to tackle a design system to shape and meaningful opportunities to define how AI delivers real value to our customers. Were looking for a handson design leadersomeone who solves complex problems with craft and clarity and inspires others to do their best work.
This is a hybrid role: part handson product designer part team leader. Youll lead and grow a talented team of four partner closely with Product and Engineering and help shape the future of design at Juro. On top of that you have been part of a journey where:
Youve worked in SaaS (ideally at a startup or stagerelevant company).
Youve managed designers directly and had some people leadership experience.
Youve built or evolved a design system that supports consistency and scale.
Youve worked closely with senior leadership and helped define product or companylevel design direction.
Youve led or contributed to user research and customer discovery.
Youre fluent in Figma and treat it as your primary design tool.
Youve designed AIpowered experiences or used AI to enhance your own design process.
Youve collaborated crossfunctionally with product engineering and customer teams.
Bonus points if:
Youre curious about how the legal space works (no prior experience needed but its a plus).
This job likely isnt for you if:
You want to be purely a people manager and stay out of the handson work.
Youre not comfortable getting stuck into complex design problems.
You dont see yourself building or advocating for design at a strategic level.
