Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on ESG trends regulations and best practices. Analyze data and prepare reports on findings.
- Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of ESG projects and initiatives. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.
- Reporting: Help in the preparation of ESG reports including data collection verification and presentation. Support the preparation of sustainability disclosures and reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in communications with internal and external stakeholders regarding ESG initiatives and performance.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize ESG documentation and records. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and of ESGrelated events workshops and training sessions.
Key Requirements
- B.E/ with prior internship experience in ESG and sustainability related roles preferred.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g. GRI BRSR TCFD) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to lead projects across multiple functional areas are essential.
- Demonstrates the personas including product advocacy and ownership.
- Analytical capabilities and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and decisionmaking skills.
- Highly customerfocused and resultoriented.
- Knowledge of tools like Tableau and Power BI is preferable.
