Job Description

Details:

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to support our quality assurance processes in plastics manufacturing. This role is responsible for gauging quality control measurements calibration and inspection to ensure precision and compliance with industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform gauging and precision measurements to ensure product accuracy.
  • Conductquality control inspections andcalibration of measuring equipment.
  • UtilizePCDMIS CMM programming for automated inspection processes.
  • Document and report measurement results with attention todetail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to resolve any measurement discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in gauges measurements and calibration techniques.
  • Experience in quality control and inspection processes.
  • Strong knowledge of PCDMIS CMM programming (required).
  • High attention to detail accuracy and the ability to multitask.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
  • Technical degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
