We are working with a highly reputable andwell knownfacilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continuedexpansionwe are currently looking to recruit an Electrician. You will be working in various commercial premises including retail.

Role:

• To undertake Electrical installation and some minor maintenance works alongside the Electrical team whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience post apprenticeship in depth knowledge of all electrical installation works good computer literacy and ability to use industry software for completing reports.
• Always Representing the company in a professional and competent manner and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Delivery of Electrical installation and maintenance works on site in compliance with the agreed project specification and within agreed timescales.
• Liaison with the Project Managerat all timesstriving to ensure that project works are delivered on time snag free and to the agreed specification.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations HSE management systems procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues and subcontractors follow safe systems of work on site.
• Striving to achieve snag free completion and where snagging occurs to ensure it is resolved within 6 working days.
• Identification and resolution of repair maintenance and installation issues that may affect project delivery.
• Ensuring company vehicle is kept clean well maintained and serviced as required.
• Comply with any other reasonable management instruction.

Person:

• You will be qualified electrically and must hold Electrical Level 3 or equivalent and 18thedition
• You will have electrical installation experience on commercialsites
• You will live in the region and happy with travel throughoutStoke up to Spennymoor / Penrithand further when needed some overnight days and nights may be
• You must have a fullukdrivinglicence
• Good IT skills

Package:

• Base salary of(dependent on if approved)
• Vehicle
• Travel Travel Paid except for first and last 30 minutes of the day
• Monday Friday 42 hours per week
