Job Description
- Answer customer calls and establish followup with serviceappointments
- Schedule service appointments for incoming calls
- Make out bound calls to encourage customers to schedule the service that is due on their vehicle
- Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email scripts and template
- Follow up with after service appointments to ensurethat their service was satisfactory
- Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management
- Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid drivers license
