Position: Medical Records Clerk FullTime
Responsibilities:
- Scans and/or uploads paper and electronic documents and completes medical records requests.
- Responsible for collecting information related to patient treatment to complete requests for Medical Records.
- Track and complete the medical record request processes.
- Prepares and audits the medical record packets.
- Performs various projects and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in medical billing preferred but not required.
