Department Overview:
DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is a 3time Connie Award winning hotel located in the heart of the University Wisconsin Madison campus. Our brand personality is CARE and we are all about it! DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown has an inhouse restaurant Bistro525 which not only feeds our hungry guests but also our hungry Team Members. Each shift our employees are provided a paid 30minutes break where they can order off of the Team Member Menu where meals cost between $3.00$6.00. Our kitchen not only produces the most delicious food they also bake to perfection our signature chocolate chip and walnut cookies. The DoubleTree Cookie is a special treat all guests receive at checkin (and any other time they ask) but they are also offered to our team members. This is a complimentary treat that warms all who enjoy guest to team member alike.

DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is looking to hire parttime shuttle drivers who are available to work weeknights and weekend days/nights. Candidates should be available to work a minium of 2 shifts per week with availability on the weekends.

Here at DoubleTree we have a lot to offer new Team Members including flexible schedules that allow for balance between classes internships and other adventures. Whether youre an early bird or a night owl weve got you covered with shifts scheduled from 3:00 PM11:00 PM MondayFriday and from 7:00 AM3:00 PM and 3:00 PM11:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Most Team Members work 16 hours per week but there are more hours available if interested. Availability for at least 1 weekend shift is required.
*This position does not require a commercial drivers license (CDL)*

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely transport Guests in our 14 passenger shuttles to the Dane County Airport local restaurants and shops UW campus Monona Terrace and any other requested locations within a 2 mile radius of the hotel
- Assist Guests with luggage provide directions and give recommendations on dining attractions and more
- Maintain the appearance of the shuttles hotel lobby and entrance luggage closet and other areas as needed and as time allows
Required Skills & Experience
We are looking to hire Shuttle Drivers who are peopleorientated and equipped with safe driving skills. Prior shuttle experience is not necessary. If you enjoy driving helping others and feel comfortable navigating the downtown area we can teach you the rest.
Qualified candidates will have a valid regular drivers license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications:
Previous driving experience is not required. If you love working in customer service in a potion that allows you to interact with many people through out your day and drive around our beautiful campus then we can teach you the rest.
