Job Description
TB HIV Care (THC) in existence since 1929 is an internationally recognised nonprofit organisation. Purpose of the position
The Payroll & Finance Administrator will be responsiblefor supporting administration of payroll processing leave processing employee benefit processing audits and support the payroll team with any other administrative requirements. Responsible for supporting the finance team with administrative tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Diploma in HR/Finance/Business Management or similar
- Minimum of 3 years working experience within payroll / administration is essential
- Knowledge of Sage People Payroll system is essential
- Excellent administrative skills planning coordination and systems focused
- Strong level computer proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Clear criminal record
