Job Overview


The Biomedical Manager position at Sagar Hospitals is a fulltime executive role based in Bangalore Karnataka India. As a Biomedical Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all biomedical equipment within the hospital. Your extensive experience in the field will be valuable in ensuring the smooth operation of medical equipment and the safety of patients. Qualifications and Skills


  • More than 10 years of experience in biomedical management or a related field.
  • Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment and biomedical technology.
  • Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and standards in the healthcare industry.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee the management maintenance and repair of all biomedical equipment within the hospital.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance of all biomedical equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of spare parts and accessories.
  • Train and supervise a team of biomedical technicians to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and clinical staff to address equipmentrelated challenges.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in biomedical technology and recommend the adoption of new equipment or upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
