Super opportunity to lead the rooms operations at the cluster Novotel and Mercure Lisboa! We are looking for a new Cluster Rooms Division Manager!
What we expect from you:
- Reporting to the Director of Operations you will lead all rooms operations for both Novotel and Mercure Lisboa hotels overlooking a total of 353 rooms and more than 50 Heartists.
- Lead the daily operation of the Rooms Division department including recruitment training operational setup and team development.
- Strong leadership and lead by example attitude with the two main focus being guests and Heartists.
- Ensure the seamless setup and operation of all guest room services public areas and departments such as Front Office Reservations and Housekeeping.
- Maintain Novotels service standards ensuring they are integrated into all guest touchpoints and performing regular selfaudits.
- Cultivate a highperformance culture within the Rooms Division motivating and guiding a team of passionate and servicedriven professionals.
- Monitor hotels Reputation Performance Score proactively addressing opportunities for improvement of guest satisfaction.
- Understand and monitor budget and financial performance of the Rooms Division ensuring cost control and operational efficiency while maintaining the expected level of service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotelwide operations and an elevated guest experience.
- Ensure adherence to all health safety and environmental standards as well as local regulations.
- Drive innovation within the Rooms Division department.

- Familiarity with hospitality management software (e.g. FOLS OPERA) is crucial.
