- dissemination of internal and external messages of the Department to increase awareness of stakeholders about the activities initiatives and services of the Department notification of new initiatives/events to create a positive image of the Department and the University effective information and promotion of the Department its mission value proposition brand employees and services;
- analysis of the effectiveness of communication channels development and implementation of a communication strategy that most effectively contributes to the implementation of the operational plan and the tasks of the Department;
- preparation and verification of reports/issues related to communication channels;
- development of written materials preparation of presentations for an external audience assistance in preparing the annual report/presentation of the Department for presentation to internal/external stakeholders;
- development of printed materials produced by the Department as well as the application of marketing strategies to promote the Department on campus and among internal/external stakeholders ensuring high quality content and printing;
- management of electronic resources (Web page on the Universitys website a student portal etc. and social networks of the Department translation of materials posted on the Departments websites into Kazakh Russian and English launch of targeted advertising;
- development of content for distribution through social networks websites newsletters press releases and other distribution channels;
- work with the internal and external audience of the University to collect the necessary materials for the electronic resources of the Department publications and social networks;
- creation and development of printed and online content the use of electronic marketing photo and video shooting from the events of the Department and the University;
- development of contracts and agreements within the framework of ongoing events preparation and submission of reports invoices acts of services rendered and other related documents;
- planning and conducting integrated marketing campaigns;
- conducting interviews preparing materials for publications;
- preparation of reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
- working with social networks preparing text and visual content;
- accounting and tracking the of protocol instructions given by theUniversity management to the Department on issues within his/her competence as well as subsequent preparation of reports on their for the Head;

Qualifications :
Education
Higher professional education preferably in higher educational institutions with English language of instruction and medium of assessment.
Priority areas of majors:

Work experience
At least three years.
At least 1 year with a masters degree in the relevant field
