We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Digital Campaigns to support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will help develop implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing strategies in line with overall campaign objectives
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media email display ads search engines etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and KPIs
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with content creators designers and other team members to develop compelling campaign assets
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure costeffective resource allocation
- Stay uptodate with digital marketing trends and best practices
- Assist in developing and maintaining the content calendar for digital campaigns
- Support A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media or related field
- 46 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics Google Ads social media management platforms etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven decision making
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles is beneficial
