Job Description
To implement the Financial Sector Conduct Regulation & Monitoring Framework by conducting monitoring reviews within the various authorised financial services providers within the SBG to ensure adherence to relevant laws & regulations across all countries / jurisdictions where it conducts business or has business relationships so as to protect Standard Banks reputation & competitive advantage by ensuring business is done in a compliant manner.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Experience Required
5 years experience in compliance function;
- The role requires an expert in Compliance with profound knowledge of the full dimensions of the field but deep expertise in the relevant area of specialisation. Regulatory environment savvy with the proven ability to influence all levels of employees across multiple countries and business areas to effectively implement compliance frameworks.
- Adopting and implementing the combined assurance model. Assist in applying the compliance monitoring methodology requirements to monitoring reviews.
10 years overall experience in banking industry.
