Sphirea Plus is seeking a detailoriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering updating and maintaining data accurately in our system. This position requires attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
Verify and correct data entry errors.
Perform regular data quality checks and ensure data accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Generate reports and assist in data analysis when needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications :
Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Previous experience in data entry is preferred but not required
