Overview
A General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of buildings make sure buildings are closed securely. Reports any issues complaints to Supervisor and/or Route Manager.

The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a worksite in optimum conditions through tasks such as disinfecting mopping sweeping and vacuuming among other duties while reporting issues to the supervisor.
The ideal candidate would be a selfmotivated selfstarter who can plan prioritize and take the initiative on the job. We are looking for individuals with a high degree of responsibility who are ready to start working.
Pay Rate: $13.00
Pago: $13.00
Schedules Available:
- Week Nights Monday thru Friday: 5:00pm 10:00pm
- Weekends No

Job Skills / Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean buildings by emptying trash vacuuming sweeping mopping and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
- Monitor buildings security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
- Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors using proper cleaners sponges and squeegees.
- Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
- Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.
- Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are wellmaintained.
- Crosstrain on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Limpiar los edificios incluye: vaciar basura aspirar los pisos barrer trapear y limpiar las superficies asignadas
- Supervisar la seguridad del edificio cerrando puertas despus de las horas de operacin y verificar el uso de electrodomsticos para garantizar que no se creen riesgos.
- Usar adecuadamente soluciones de limpieza para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.
- Usar productos qumicos de limpieza aprobados y usando el adecuado EPP (Equipo de Proteccin Personal) al igual deben cumplir con las SDS (las hojas de datos de seguridad que proporcionan informacin valiosa para el programa de salud y la seguridad de los empleados)
- Limpiar ventanas particiones de vidrio y espejos usando limpiadores esponjas y jabones adecuados.
- Desempolvar muebles y tallar areas hasta que queden limpias.
- Limpiar y dar servicio a los baos la veces necesarias usando trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.
- Llegar a tiempo para el turno programado y completar todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.
- Identificar e informar las reparaciones necesarias en los equipos para garantizar que estn bien mantenidos.
- Entrenar en otras tareas o reas asignadas por el Supervisor.
