In this role you will support individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and enhance their daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support participants in achieving their personal goals and enhancing daily living skills.
- Assist with personal care needs and ensure a safe and clean living environment.
- Provide transportation for participants to various appointments and activities.
- Provide and maintain accurate records.
- Promote a positive and supportive environment through effective communication and teamwork.
- Follow all relevant policies procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
