Location: Hornchurch RM12 / Homebased

Salary: OTE 50k

Position: Permanent Full Time

SelfEmployed Mortgage & Protection Advisor: This is a superb opportunity for an experienced qualified and practicing Mortgage Adviser to become part of a market leading financial services group either working from home or from the companys offices (your choice!

The successful candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic Mortgage Adviser with the ability to prioritise and organise their time productively and effectively.

You will be hard working ambitious and passionate about delivery first class mortgage services to your customers and be working with a fully established success team that will be supporting you by generating numerous highquality leads.

The ideal candidates must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and have a minimum of 12 months recent experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor and be interested in working productively on a selfemployed basis.

Most importantly you must have CAS (Competent Advisor Status) This is not a trainee opportunity.

Skills: The skills required for this SelfEmployed Mortgage & Protection Advisor role will include:

• Current and previous successful experience as a Mortgage advisor
• CeMAP (or equivalent) Qualified
• CAS essential
• Previous use of mortgage specific software
• Smart & wellpresented
• Excellent telephone manner and superb interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and selfmotivated
• The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
• Full UK driving license and own car
