We are hiring for our client a leading legal firm known for its commitment to excellence team culture and longterm career progression who wish to appoint a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
This is an exciting permanent opportunity for a driven Solicitor to join a wellestablished firm that has earned a strong reputation for its clientcentric approach and consistent delivery of results. The successful candidate will enjoy working on varied highquality personal injury matters with access to excellent mentorship and clear progression pathways.

The Role
Manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters including RTA EL/PL and other litigation
Provide highquality legal advice and representation to clients
Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Engage in business development and client relationship management activities
Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm on crosspractice matters
The Person
A qualified Solicitor with ideally 25 years PQE in personal injury litigation
Strong litigation and negotiation skills with an empathetic clientfocused approach
Comfortable working autonomously and within a teamoriented environment
A proactive commercial mindset with a drive to develop professionally
