As Change Communications & Employee Engagement Manager you will play a pivotal role in planning and leading communications in support of change management programmes across UKAEA a priority area in our Internal Communications Strategy. You will deliver activities and materials to connect with staff inspiring them to help drive successful change. In this role you will also develop and lead an engagement programme to help our employees understand and feel part of our clean energy mission.
