CyberArk is seeking a Director Solutions Engineering to lead our LATAM region. This highimpact leadership role requires a visionary and strategic leader who is passionate about growing and developing highperforming teams while driving customer success. This role will lead SE Managers and their teams ensuring alignment with business goals fostering strong sales partnerships and driving impactful customer engagements.
The Director Solutions Engineering LATAM will be a key partner to sales leadership guiding the Solutions Engineering team to drive business outcomes and build longterm relationships with our largest and most complex customers. This role demands a blend of technical expertise business acumen and leadership ability to ensure the team operates at a high level while continuously advancing CyberArks market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of SE Managers and Solutions Engineers fostering a culture of growth collaboration and excellence.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment on business goals territory plans and customer engagement.
- Develop strong crossfunctional relationships to support your team as they work with customers in pre or postsales conversations and engagements.
- Act as a key escalation point for SE Managers and their teams providing strategic guidance and support in customer engagements proof of concepts and presentations.
- Inspire and empower SEs to become trusted advisors helping customers navigate complex security challenges and maximize the value of CyberArks solutions.
- Track and measure team performance through key metrics ensuring continuous improvement and the delivery of exceptional results.
- Support crossfunctional collaboration with Product Management Customer Success Marketing and other departments to align product development and messaging with customer needs.

Qualifications :
- Proven leadership experience managing and growing Solutions Engineering teams preferably with experience managing SE Managers.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex technical sales processes.
- Demonstrated history of coaching and mentoring SEs and SE Managers to enhance both their technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
- Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor. Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with sales leadership customers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated history of driving organizational change while minimizing negative impact to the business.
- Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment; adaptable.
