Were looking for an ambitious collaborative and innovative Senior Vice President to help lead our growing Digital and Creator businesses at Assembly. This role requires deep expertise in social and influencer marketing within the consumer tech space. Youll oversee highperforming teams driving industryleading social and creator campaigns with strategic excellence.
As a leader youll be handsonmore than just setting approach youll actively shape problemsolve in real time and step in where needed. Youll serve as key client contact providing strategic counsel managing expectations and ensuring strong relationships that drive impactful work. You will be a mentor and coach fostering a highenergy collaborative team culture while maintaining rigorous operational oversight. Youll also foster strong crossagency connections ensuring seamless and alignment on client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage consumer communications efforts ensuring efficiency accountability and strong
Build and maintain highlevel client relationships balancing expectations and serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor
Serve as a strong voice in executive client conversations advocating for bold insightdriven work
Oversee campaign across social creatorled and experiential activations ensuring alignment with business goals
Drive operational excellence holding both client and internal teams accountable for priorities timelines and deliverables
Effectively operate within an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) model working across multiple agency partners to ensure alignment efficiency and a seamless approach to
Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics ensuring streamlined communication collaboration and accountability
Proactively problemsolve and make sound decisions to keep projects on track ensuring agility and adaptability in fastmoving situations
Foster a strong team culture by maintaining a positive highenergy work environment while providing clear direction and structure
Coach and mentor junior staff fostering professional growth and ensuring continuous learning
Manage endtoend account financials from scope alignment and planning to forecasting and identifying growth opportunities

Basic Qualifications:
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Proven track record of executing at a high level under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Extensive experience operating in an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) setting managing crossagency partnerships
Deep experience in consumer communications ideally with major tech companies
Strategic thinker with the ability to ask the right questions and drive impactful work
Strong operational and detailoriented mindset to drive efficiency and seamless
Experience in creator marketing and experience managing creatorcentric campaigns
Experience in experiential marketing bringing campaigns to life through immersive activations
Strong knowledge of social media and digital campaign
Exceptional leadership and team management skills balancing team accountability and collaboration
$150000 $220000 a year

An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance travel requirements revenuebased metrics any contractual agreements and business or organizational needs.
