To lead and manage the Voluntary Sales Function within PPB Namibia across multiple products (e.g. EasySell Homeloans in order to provide assistance to distressed clients or who anticipate experiencing financial distress with the selling of their immovable asset through a transparent process of a voluntary buyer and voluntary seller allowing the client to minimise their losses while walking out of a difficult financial situation with dignity respect and a clean credit bureau record.
Qualifications :
Business of Commerce Marketing Project Management Property Studies or Property Management.

Experience:
- 58 Experience and understanding of the entire Credit lifecycle. Practical understanding and application of credit principles that spans across the litigation process the conveyancing process the sale process in order to provide guidance and direction to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the process of facilitating the transaction through finding a willing seller and a willing buyer that are willing to exchange in disposing of the asset for mutual benefit of both parties.
- Lead the team to assist clients in financial distress or who anticipate experiencing financial distress with the selling of their properties through a transparent process allowing the client to minimise their losses while walking out of a difficult financial situation with dignity and respect.
- Identify and report breaches or gaps which could lead to financial losses. Conduct root cause analysis to identify systemic fixes and/or processes to remedy the issues.
- Lead and drive the effective implementation and of the Voluntary Sales Business Continuity Management framework within Credit Risk.
- Establish manage and maintain the critical Customer Collections processes and underlying controls needed to effectively manage the Voluntary Sales Portfolio.
