Job Description

We are looking for an energetic well organised Supervisor to join our remarkable team for the long term and ensure the delivery of the most effective cleaning services to external and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for assisting our team members to excel and enjoy their role.

Working closely with our Operations Manager you will be:

  1. Attending our sites and assisting our cleaning team by providing training and hands on assistance. 
  2. Assisting team members to make proper use of their cleaning equipment. 
  3. Completing quoted services.

This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of services are delivered to our clients complying with work health and safety regulations expertise with cleaning machinery and products to provide quotations and complete additional works.

Our clients are in proximity to the Sydney Eastern Suburbs North Sydney and CBD areas and this is a great opportunity to join an expanding business and take the next step in your career.


Qualifications :

  1. NSW Drivers License Required.
  2. Pleasant and welcoming personality with a high standard of personal presentation.
  3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact with people in a prompt and professional manner.
  4. Computer literacy with experience in Word Excel and other Microsoft related programs.
  5. Confident in problem solving and negotiating.
  6. A proven eye for detail and accuracy.
  7. Delivery of fivestar customer service and standards.
  8. A great ability to work both autonomously and be part of the team.

 Skills and Experience

  1. 3 5 years experience in similar role 
  2. Strata industry experience preferred.
  3. Extensive experience in the use of cleaning equipment and machinery.
  4. A willingness to assist in the maintenance of our cleaning equipment. 
  5. Experience with Microsoft applications and interest in learning new technology.
  6. Clear written and verbal communication.
  7. Experience in completing quoted works.
  8. Experience in creating cleaning schedules.
  9. Highly organised.

Additional Information :

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm hours may vary due to business needs.

This is a fulltime role and we require that applicants are either Australian Citizens or have a valid visa and are eligible to work in Australia.
