Personal Lines Agent Wilmington NC
Summary:
Established Insurance agency seeking a salesoriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of Personal lines insurance coverages.
Job Description:
- Full knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Ability to advise and consult with clients
- Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
- Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines
- Service and monitor account activity.
- Call existing insured to compliment or round out personal accounts.
- Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect clients business.
- Perform special projects as directed by the VP Personal Lines.
- Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations.
- Process endorsements placement requests and invoicing.
- Complete and prepare certificates proposals policy summaries and reviews.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners carriers and vendors.
- Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience handling Personal Insurance Accounts
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to meet/w clients and discuss insurance mitigation strategies
- Experienced w/TAM or equivalent agency management system
- Must hold an active state P&C License.
- Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma: Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
