Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete endtoend employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding including data management employee engagement performance support and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in the HR system.
Ensure all employee documentation is organized confidential and easily accessible.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated queries and concerns.
Provide support in conflict resolution performance issues and other employee relations matters.
Assist in preparing and submitting required HR reports and audits.
Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Provide administrative support for HR functions including scheduling meetings preparing documentation and managing correspondence Payroll Processing.
Proficient in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook etc.
