Are you ready to take the wheel in a highimpact role within a global automotive powerhouse Our client a leader in innovation and mobility is seeking a dynamic Rollout Contact Person to support key Master Data and Finance initiatives across international rollouts.

Duties that successful candidate would carry out:
Coordinating and taking care for a certain market rollout in all belongings of my product
Maintains overview over the Feature Team specific processes & structures.
Ensures that the Feature Team solution for a market will be implemented & tested.
Fittotemplate:
o Conduct all FIT/GAP workshops & introduces the template processes to markets.
o Ensure that FittoTemplate workshops result in FITs or preevaluated GAPs.
o Organises and ensures that potential GAPs are discussed with the FT experts.
o Maintains documentation of findings according to centrally provided documentation approach (e.g. Process FIT).
o Ensures that the required data collection sheets are filled out (master data & customizing).
o Ensures business and technical rollout activities are considered in my Feature Team s wave planning / backlog.
o Overview of Feature Team specific defects and support coordination that defects are resolved.
o Plan training and ensures training is conducted.
o Ensures that the migration mapping workshops will take place and that these result in final mappings.
o Ensure that authorisation topics are collected and addressed to the right colleagues.
o Support the FT specific UAT planning FT specific cut over activities collection & migration and supports coordination during stabilization phase

Essential skill requirements:
Indepth Process & Accounting Knowledge.
Change & Project Management.
Excellent and articulate communicator.
Ability to influence and engage with authority.
Strong business acumen.
Indepth understanding of and prior experience in financial accounting areas e.g. Accounts Receivable Asset and Investment accounting Cost Accounting etc.
Indepth understanding of Master Data with experience on master data governance.
SAP experience in Master Data.
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
Education
BCOM in Accounting Post graduate degree or certification.
