This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Monday Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm BST/GMT (with 12:30 1pm lunch)

We re looking for a highly strategic and handson AI Prompt Engineer & Business Optimisation Specialist to work closely with our Founder/Managing Director in transforming every aspect of our operations from Sales & Marketing to Customer Service Admin and beyond through the intelligent use of automation and AI.
This is not a taskexecution role. This is a leadershipleaning innovationdriven opportunity for someone who thrives in autonomy thinks in systems and is obsessed with continuous improvement.
What Youll Be Doing
- Build & Optimise Workflows using AI tools like ChatGPT Zapier Gemini Dubb and others.
- Automate Customer Communication: Create smart Zapier flows (e.g. ChatGPT Outlook) to draft email replies and streamline service.
- Content Creation: Develop SEOoptimised blog content lead magnets email nurture sequences and social content.
- Business Systems Optimisation: Simplify and improve processes related to invoicing supplier management and internal comms.
- Research & Experimentation: Stay up to date with leading thinkers like Wes McDowell and bring fresh insights into the business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the MD and delegate to our marketing VA as needed.

Requirements
Role Essentials

Who You Are
- A selfstarter with an eye for optimisation
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Linguistics Literature Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience in crafting effective prompts
- Passionate about systems and automation
- Naturally curious and always learning
- Confident in AI prompt writing and building automations via Zapier
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
