Hiring Immediately Automotive Sales Assistant.
We are seeking an Automotive Sales Assistant for our client Bob Johnson Toyota. Our client is growing and needs administrative support to handle the increased sales. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed and a fantastic community reputation.
REQUIREMENTS
Bob Johnson Toyota is Rochesters #1 Volume Toyota store we are also the fastest growing. We are in need of sales assistants. The Sales Assistant will learn the automotive sales industry from the ground up in this role with the intent of becoming a New or Used vehicle salesperson. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position. Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years experience in a dealership sales environment. Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
