Ideal applicants will possess experience in the managing large international trademark portfolios. Specific aspects of the position include managing a trademark docket; trademark prosecution including trademark searching preparing applications renewals and simple office action responses; managing foreign enforcement matters and corresponding with foreign counsel. Candidates should also have experience in coordinating powers of attorneys and obtaining legalization of documents chain of title assessment and cleanup and other due diligence matters.
Excellent computer skills are critical and experience with database management is desirable. Experience with docketing software and electronic file management is a plus. The ideal candidate should be very detail oriented energetic and eager to learn with excellent communication and organizational skills and must enjoy working in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.
