Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Administrative professional to join our team at EDHR in Bangalore. This is a fulltime position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in a relevant role. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Organization skills (Mandatory skill) to maintain efficient office operations and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effective interaction with team members and external partners.

  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and reports.

  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and manage various daytoday activities.
  • Customer service skills to address inquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in computer usage including email and basic office software.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks including scheduling documentation and coordination with educational institutions.
  • Provide support in handling inquiries and correspondences through phone calls and emails.
  • Ensure organized maintenance of files records and databases pertaining to recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments and ensure timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the recruitment team with data entry and proofreading job descriptions for accuracy.
