VP of Product

Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech scaleup located in the heart of Stockholm. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish all in one place. Turning clunky static contracts into customeroriented digital contracts that feel like magic.

As VP of Product youll oversee the strategy development and of Oneflows product and user experience efforts. Youll lead and grow a talented team of Product Managers UX Designers Customer Support Agents and Data Analysts ensuring they work together seamlessly to create products that deliver real value to our customers and the business. Reporting directly to our CEO youll collaborate across the organisation with engineering marketing sales and customer success to align efforts with our product vision and strategy.

• Youll mentor and guide a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers and UX Designers Data Analysts and the Customer Support Agents empowering them to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Youll champion both product discovery and delivery balancing fastpaced with business insights continuous discovery and datadriven decisionmaking.
• Youll ensure our product strategies align with customer needs and business goals.
• Youll foster seamless collaboration between PMs UX designers engineers and other stakeholders building a shared understanding of priorities and ensuring smooth operations.
• Youll lead product strategy and focusing on impactful delivery and business insights to drive product growth and performance.
• Youll drive the evolution of our design system and UX principles ensuring we deliver a cohesive delightful experience across the user journey.
• Success in this role means delivering products that are intuitive and valuable while fostering a collaborative and highperforming team culture.

With deep expertise in product development and design you know how to balance customer needs with business priorities. Youre as comfortable coaching your team as you are engaging directly with customers or leading strategic initiatives. You believe that great products are born from strong teamwork business insights and datadriven decisions. Also:

• You thrive on understanding customer needs and championing them in product strategies specifically in the B2B SaaS space.
• You excel at building relationships across teams fostering trust and alignment between Product Engineering and commercial teams.
• Youre skilled at connecting datadriven insights with creative problemsolving to drive impactful decisions.
• You understand the power of product design to differentiate a product and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Your background

• 5 years of leadership experience in SaaS Product Management and product design.
• Handson experience with technical B2B SaaS products preferably with exposure to both growth motions (PLG PLS) and customer successdriven models.
• A strong grasp of product discovery and delivery methodologies including design thinking user research and data analysis.
• You love building things and have worked in multiple startups or scaleups.
• A track record of coaching teams to achieve strategic goals and personal growth.
• A collaborative empathetic leadership style that values transparency and trust.
• Its beneficial if you come from an engineering background bringing a technical perspective to product leadership.
