Your Job
Join our support team and help people with smart and energyefficient lighting! We help customers with lights systems and services that improve daily life at home work and in cities.
Your Tasks
- Help customers by phone email chat and social media
- Answer questions about products services and how to use them
- Give technical support before and after a sale
- Log customer cases and keep records up to date
- Send complex issues to the right support team
- Work together with other technicians to find solutions
- Manage your own ticket list and follow instructions from your team lead
- Share your feedback to help improve the service
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in German both written and spoken
- English (B2 level)
- Great communication skills
- Comfort with tech and learning new tools
- Problemsolving mindset
- Ability to work in a team and follow processes
- Willingness to learn and grow
