Job Description

Second Line Support Engineer Join Us in Powering Smarter Healthcare

Are you someone who thrives on solving complex challenges Do you take pride in delivering exceptional customer support If so you might be the perfect fit for our Second Line Support Engineer role at Ascom.

As a key member of our Customer Care team youll play a vital role in supporting our clients by resolving escalated issues and ensuring a seamless user experience with our technology.


What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Investigating and resolving advanced customer incidents by troubleshooting researching and collaborating with your team.

  • Responding promptly and professionally to assigned support cases.

  • Performing technical tests and validations based on established protocols.

  • Communicating with customers and internal teams to gather details and offer effective solutions.

  • Driving process improvements and contributing to ongoing service enhancements.

About You

You have a tertiary qualification in Engineering Electronics IT or a related field along with solid experience in technical support. Experience in healthcare or telecommunications is a big plus.

Youre a problemsolver a strong communicator and someone whos passionate about making a difference through technology.
