What youll do:
Define product vision and roadmaps aligned to customer and business needs
Investigate and validate new service opportunities via market research
Lead discovery prototyping usability testing and analytics in collaboration with UX/UI dev and stakeholders
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights track ROI and improve customer outcomes
