- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS and airline ticketing systems
- Knowledge of PNR and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements
- Provide expert advice on Umrah Hajj Ziyarat and Holiday packages
- Handle reservations ticketing and visa processing
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build longterm relationships
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- Handle B2C clients and plan the best route for the customers.
