Job Description
Job Title: RN Unit Supervisor Assistant Day Shift
Location: Pennsylvania (Nursing Home Setting)
Compensation: $35.00 per hour
Schedule: FullTime 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor Assistant to lead our evening shift team in a skilled nursing facility. In this leadership role youll oversee clinical operations ensure toptier resident care and provide support to nursing staff during the 7 AM 3 PM shift.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise nursing staff during the evening shift ensuring quality and continuity of care

Provide direct clinical support and make rounds to assess resident needs

Manage and delegate assignments to LPNs and CNAs effectively
-
Serve as a resource and point of contact for staff residents and families

Ensure accurate documentation of care and medication administration

Support compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to care planning

Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Previous supervisory experience in longterm care preferred

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to manage clinical priorities and multitask effectively

A teamfirst attitude and a passion for providing exceptional resident care

Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
