We are seeking an experienced SAP Lead ME/MII to join our client s SAP Center of Excellence (COE) supporting their highvolume supply chain operation within the automotive sector. This is a handson leadership role where youll provide both functional and technical expertise to enhance and support the SAP Manufacturing (ME) and Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) modules.
As part of a major digital transformation initiative completed in 2022 youll play a key role in sustaining and optimizing the SAP ME/MII environment collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including FICO Material Management Variant Configuration Order to Cash and PTM.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of strategic technical architecture and solution design initiatives that directly impact manufacturing operations.
Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture design and support of SAP ME/MII solutions.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and translate manufacturing needs into technical specifications.
SAP ME Configuration: Configure modules such as production orders work centers routing and data collection with seamless shop floor integration.
MII Development: Build realtime dashboards and custom applications using MII tools JavaScript XML and web services.
ERP Integration: Ensure accurate realtime data flow between SAP ME/MII and SAP ERP through MEINT and related interfaces.
Reporting & Analytics: Deliver actionable insights through reports and analytics based on manufacturing data.
Training & Support: Provide enduser training documentation and continuous support for SAP ME/MII tools.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science MIS or related field.
10 years of SAP architecture experience with deep knowledge of SAP ME & MII.
Handson expertise in SAP MEINT and ERP integration.
Strong experience in SQL JavaScript XML XSLT and web services.
Proven track record of delivering technical enterprise solutions in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and deliver complex projects in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Automotive industry experience.
Prior involvement in large SAP transformation projects.
Familiarity with variant configuration and supply chain modules.
This role is mostly officebased with frequent use of computer systems. The ability to remain stationary for extended periods move about the office and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs is required.
Minimal travel (up to 20 may be required for meetings workshops and plant visits within the U.S.
