At Tulsa Honor Academy (THA) we are on a mission to equip all scholars with the academic skills content knowledge and ethical character required for college graduation and life success.

We believe ALL scholars regardless of race background income or ability can achieve at high levels. We work relentlessly to ensure 100 of scholars are on a path to go to and graduate from a college of their choice beginning in the fifth grade.

Opening our doors in 2015 with 92 fifth grade scholars THA will grow to serve over 1300 scholars in grades 512 across our two campuses in theacademic year.

WHAT YOULL DO

As THA continues to grow the Executive Assistant will build the Chief Executive Officers capacity by providing administrative and project management support. The Executive Assistant is key to maximizing the CEOs productivity and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is proactive selfmotivated detailoriented analytical and eager to work in a fastpaced environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Operational and Administrative Support to CEO: The Executive Assistant is responsible for strategic calendar management formatting information for internal and external communications (memos emails presentations reports) preparing for meetings (scheduling space setup follow up) responding to phone and email inquiries acting as the point of contact between CEO and individuals key project support and record keeping. Administrative support also includes responding to phone and email inquiries and creating and formatting reports. The Executive Assistant must maintain the highest degree of confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinate and Manage Office Operations: The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the CEO and broader Executive Team with operational aspects of their roles.

Qualifications/Certifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Knowledge of GoogleSuite applications required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

Experience

  • 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role preferred
  • Prior experience in a school serving a similar population to THAs is preferred
  • Charter school experience is strongly preferred

Role

  • The Executive Assistant will work on THAs Network Team and report to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Full time year round exempt.

Compensation and Benefits

  • THAs starting salary range for Coordinators begins at $44000. Salary is commensurate direct experience. THAs compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package. To learn more about THAs benefits visit tulsahonor/careers.
