As a Product Manager in Consumer Banks Deposits 2.0 you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the endtoend product life cycle. Acting as the voice of the customer you develop profitable products that provide customer value. You guide successful product launches gather crucial feedback and ensure toptier client experiences. Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams you deliver highquality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Own maintain and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Design and implement innovative customer or bank journeys for depositrelated actions by leading resources like design data operations and technology.
- Build the framework and track the products key success metrics such as cost feature and functionality risk posture and reliability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple product areas to deliver Deposit 2.0.
- Balance user needs business objectives and technical feasibility while managing the product delivery timeline.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leader of collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospectives).
- Customercentric focus and rapport with end users.
- Proficient in JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed complex organization.
